Vetted Solutions is seeking an Intake Coordinator (HCS) to accurately process home care referrals, verify eligibility and insurance benefits, obtain pre-authorizations, and assist with billing. You will support discharge planning and educate both internal and external customers to ensure patients receive appropriate post-acute or non-acute care.

The role requires strong multitasking, communication, and organization skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience; 5-10 years with an advanced degree.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
• Experience in home care is a plus.
