Dignity Care Partners Home Care in Indianapolis is seeking a Home Care Account Executive to grow referrals and admissions for home health and hospice services. You will establish and nurture relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, discharge planners, and hospital staff, while promoting the agency as the Organization of Choice.

A Bachelor's degree in marketing or healthcare field and at least three years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Minimum three years in healthcare, with multiple referral sources.
• Experience with insurance processes and medical records a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate referrals for home care services by building relationships with physicians and facilities.
• Expand awareness of Home Services offerings including Hospice and Home Health.
• Develop sales strategy, set goals, and monitor results.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and compliance with regulations.
