Job summary

Addus HomeCare, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities to generate referrals for PCS Caregiver services.

You will educate medical staff about personal home care services, manage leads, and strategically grow the referral network. Travel is required to service assigned territories and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years healthcare experience in a sales/marketing role.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and care facilities to generate referrals.
• Educate and inform medical staff about home care services.
• Maintain timely communication with supervisors and management.
• Build community networks and professional relationships to ensure a steady referral source.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
