Job summary

Responsibilities

• Educates physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners and case managers on home care services.
• Leverages sales and customer service skills to attract and maintain business relationships.
• Contacts leads promptly and follows up weekly.
• Builds referrals through community and professional networks.
• Conducts informational meetings to understand client needs and present services.
• Initiates service agreements and documents marketing expenditures.
