Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong communication/organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Builds talent pipelines by researching community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites, presenting opportunities and benefits.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions; attracts applicants by ads and proactive methods.
• Interviews applicants, analyzes responses, and compares qualifications to job requirements.
• Coordinates scheduling for management interviews when applicable.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements with managers and interviewing on key qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by suggesting policies and monitoring offers and benefits.
