The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Travel monthly or quarterly is expected, supporting a mission-driven team that helps clients live independently.

Qualifications

• Requirement of strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting services and colleges.
• Determines applicant requirements and attracts applicants with ads.
• Interviews applicants and coordinates management interviews.
• Evaluates applicants and discusses qualifications with managers.
• Implements policies to improve organization attractiveness and offers.
• Meets recruiting goals and supports overall organizational aims.
