Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Specialist at our Moline Walmart location to build talent pipelines, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews. The role emphasizes proactive recruiting techniques, collaboration with managers, and maintaining a robust candidate flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Proficient MS Office; professional communication and organization skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Builds talent pipelines by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques.
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals.
