Zaddy Solutions in Greenwich, CT is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule high volumes for hiring managers. This is an in-office, non-remote role.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience, caregiver recruitment expertise, and knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Strong communication and social media recruitment skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting.
• Caregiver recruiting experience required.
• Home care recruiting highly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Social media recruitment experience.
• Experience attending events.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs and HHAs.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
• Schedule a high volume of applicant interviews weekly.
• NOT remote. In office required
