Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Administers Physical Therapy services under prescription.
• Develops a plan of care with patient input and goals.
• Interprets data and revises goals as needed.
• Recommends therapeutic procedures and modalities.
• Maintains documentation standards.
• Addresses a home exercise program with each patient.
• Maintains a caseload within productivity standards.
• Communicates with supervisor, team, and physicians.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
