Buckner Home Care LLC - At Home by Buckner in Austin, TX invites qualified candidates for the Home Care Manager role. The position is onsite at The Villas by Buckner in Austin, TX 78753 and reports to the Director Home Care by Buckner.

It is salaried/exempt and requires strong leadership in coordinating resident services and caregiver schedules. Responsibilities include scheduling, resident onboarding, service consultations, and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and caregivers.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet Texas HCSSA requirements to serve as administrator or alternate administrator.
• Ability to complete and maintain all state-required administrator education and training.
• Eligible to serve as administrator under HHSC regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and maintain resident and caregiver schedules to ensure high-quality care.
• Create optimal resident and caregiver matches for strong relationships.
• Monitor scheduling, address coverage gaps, and adjust as resident needs change.
• Develop contingency staffing plans to ensure uninterrupted service coverage.
• Enter resident information into system and prepare for care consultations.
• Conduct service inquiries and care consultations to identify resident needs.
• Maintain communication with leadership, team, residents and families.
• Travel locally to visit client homes and participate in team discussions.
