Role Description

The Home Care Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tracy, CA, responsible for overseeing daily operations and service delivery across all home care programs. This role coordinates caregiver scheduling, supervises staff performance, and ensures that care plans are implemented effectively and aligned with client needs and organizational standards. The manager monitors client satisfaction, conducts home visits as needed, and works closely with families and care teams to address concerns and adjust services. Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance, managing documentation and billing processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding of caregivers, and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and integrity. The role also involves developing and refining operational procedures to improve efficiency, quality of care, and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare, or related service operations management, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Strong skills in communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage documentation and reporting, with attention to detail and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in using scheduling and care management software, and comfort with standard office productivity tools.
• Demonstrated commitment to person-centered care, cultural humility, and nondiscriminatory, inclusive service practices.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
