Job summary

Evergreen-Park- is seeking a Home Care Supervisor to oversee services for individuals in their homes and communities, ensuring compassionate, compliant care. The role includes guiding caregivers, coordinating with the branch team, and upholding agency policies while supporting residents in need of assistance.

The ideal candidate has relevant home care or healthcare supervision experience, a valid driver's license, and understands EVV and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license.
• Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage
• 1-3 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or case management preferred
• 1-2 years' experience in supervising preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee services provided to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other conditions. Home care may include assistance with activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite.
• Home Care Supervisors ensure that employees deliver services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
