Job summary

Venture Forthe, Inc. seeks an Administrator to lead day-to-day operations of a Georgia Private Home Care Provider.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, staffing, service delivery, and financial performance while driving growth and client satisfaction across the organization. Responsibilities include overseeing licensing compliance, supervising nursing and leadership, managing onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and billing readiness, and developing referral and payer relationships to expand

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of administrative or management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Ability to complete required Administrator orientation and training per Georgia regulations and Venture Forthe, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring Georgia licensing and payer compliance.
• Supervise leaders while respecting clinical decisions.
• Maintain staffing, recruiting, onboarding, credentialing and retention.
