Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Georgia is seeking an Administrator RN to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality care across Columbus, Newnan, and Thomaston branches. As local chief executive, you will lead providers, manage personnel performance, and ensure execution of operations on a daily basis.

Candidates should hold an RN license, be able to travel up to 25%, and bring strong regulatory knowledge, technology skills including MS Office, and a track record

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Not employed as an administrator elsewhere in the last year during enforcement actions.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local home care regulations.
• Technology skills including use of a mobile device.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Ability to travel by personal vehicle up to 25%.
• Clinical license or compact licensure per state rules.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred: 1+ year management experience.
• Preferred: home health/hospice experience; HCHB experience.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Strong communication (oral/written) in English and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local chief executive agent for the regions served.
• Lead providers to deliver quality care to the community.
• Ensure daily execution of operations and manage office functions.
