Job summary

Addus in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to coordinate in-home care workers and clients within a defined territory. You will oversee payroll, reporting, and contingency scheduling to ensure continuous client service with high quality.

Strong supervisory traits and 6 months industry experience preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills using Word/Excel and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of industry experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Strategically coordinate and manage employee scheduling in alignment with client care plans.
• Oversee and execute weekly payroll processing for caregivers with accuracy and timeliness.
• Compile, analyze, and deliver comprehensive weekly reports to support operations.
• Proactively manage and adapt work schedules in response to client needs, staff availability, illnesses, vacations and leaves.
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to staff, reinforcing policies and quality standards.
