Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of industry experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and scheduling program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employee scheduling in alignment with client care plans established during intake, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuity of care
• Oversee and execute weekly payroll processing for all caregivers with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
• Compile, analyze, and deliver comprehensive weekly reports to support operational efficiency
• Proactively manage and adapt work schedules in response to client needs, staff availability, illness, vacations, and leaves of absence
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to service staff while enforcing company policies and quality standards
