ComForCare is launching a brand-new home health agency in South Sarasota, FL and seeking a part-time Administrator to lead daily operations. You will collaborate with the Agency Owner to establish policies, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staffing, and prepare for AHCA survey readiness.

This role is office-based with no travel to clients’ homes, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow into agency leadership while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed Florida RN in good standing or health service administration with supervisory/administrative home care experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Knowledge of state/federal/local regulatory requirements is required.
• Business management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with owner to run daily agency operations and budgets.
• Develop and oversee agency policies; update as regulations change.
• Coordinate hiring, training and competency assessment; supervise care team with Manager of Care Services.
• Ensure AHCA survey readiness and respond to surveys and inspections.
• Support marketing, public relations and discharge planning activities.
• Oversee QAPI program, data collection and reporting.
