Job summary

BrightStar Care of Salt Lake City is seeking an RN to deliver compassionate in-home care to a client in Park City, Utah. Responsibilities include medication setup, in-home assessments, and monitoring patient conditions while coordinating with the family on the plan of care.

The role requires at least 1 year of nursing experience, an active Utah RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check. We offer competitive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year nursing experience in home or behavioral health.
• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah.
• Certified CPR Certification.
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Licensed driver with automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care based on personalized Plan of Care.

• Monitor changes in client conditions and inform Director of Nursing.
• Collaborate with family on plan of care and health changes.

Client is a 19-year old male with TBI. He is wheelchair bound, limited speech, hemiplegic, neurological and/or behavioral health experience a must.

Available Shifts in Park City:

• Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 7pm
• Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1pm - 7pm
• Saturday, Sunday & Monday 7pm - 7am

We are looking for an RN who is interested in the following:

• Medication set up and oversight

Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care

Provide in home assessments

Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed

Collaborate with client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns

• Total personal cares

RN Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year nursing experience with neurological and/or behavioral health
• Must have at least 1 year nursing experience in home
• Current unrestricted RN license in Utah
• Certified CPR Certification
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
