Job summary

Helping U Homecare is seeking a motivated Home Care Marketing Representative to drive referral growth and build partnerships. This field-based role offers a base salary with uncapped monthly incentives and additional bonuses for exceeding targets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing referral sources to grow client base.
• Build and strengthen B2B relationships with healthcare providers and community groups.
• Represent the company at events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Educate referral sources on home care services and options.
• Coordinate with the Director of Business Development for timely follow-up and onboarding.
• Document marketing activities accurately and promptly.

Compensation

Base Salary: $60,000 annually + monthly incentives

Incentives: UNCAPPED, performance-based incentives

Supplemental Pay: Referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, develop, and maintain new and existing referral sources to grow Helping U Homecare’s client base

• Build and strengthen B2B relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, religious institutions, and local groups

• Represent Helping U Homecare at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities as a brand ambassador

• Educate referral sources on home care services and available home health options

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and internal teams to ensure timely follow‑up, intake, and onboarding of referred clients

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all marketing activities
