Job summary

Right At Home Corpus Christi is seeking a dynamic Marketer/Administrator to grow the client base and support daily office operations. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and the community to promote home care services while ensuring efficient administrative support.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in marketing or business development, are comfortable networking, and can travel locally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or community outreach.
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
• Proven track record of meeting sales/referral goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a monthly quota of 4-8 new client starts.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and referral sources within designated zip codes.
• Conduct outreach activities including calls and meetings, with availability during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities using Wellsky.
