Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehab centers, senior communities, and local businesses.
• Create a daily drop-in visit schedule to review weekly with the Care Director.
• Log each visit by sharing location, capturing a photo for social use, and collecting a business card.
• Input new contacts into WellSky CRM to ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Help bring in new clients, assist in scheduling assessments, and coordinate caregiver introductions.
