Embassy Homecare Services LLC is seeking an experienced home care operator or management company to oversee daily operations and grow our Indiana non-medical home care business.

We welcome inquiries from professionals with a proven ability to attract clients, build referral relationships, manage caregivers, and improve agency performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and client services.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise caregivers.
• Develop referral relationships and bring in new clients.
• Coordinate client intake and service delivery.
• Oversee Sandata EVV, billing follow-up, and collections.
• Maintain agency documentation and support compliance with applicable Indiana requirements.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and operational performance.
• Provide regular updates to the owners.

Preferred Experience

• Direct experience managing or growing a non-medical home care agency.
• Familiarity with Indiana home care programs and requirements.
• Experience with caregiver recruitment, client acquisition, and referral development.
• Knowledge of EVV, Medicaid billing processes, and home care management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Compensation & Ownership

The proposed compensation is a negotiated percentage of agency profits, with no base salary or guaranteed earnings. The percentage, definition of profit, payment schedule, responsibilities, and management authority will be established in a written agreement, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Current owners will retain 100% ownership. No equity or ownership interest is offered.
