Job summary

MVH is seeking a Liaison Coordinator to coordinate home care services and durable medical equipment. The role involves communicating new programs to hospitals, physicians, staff and patients, and ensuring proper signatures and tickets are completed during home care selections and equipment delivery.

You will provide administrative support to the Liaison department, educate hospital staff on programs, and help improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
• Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience
• Preferred: One year experience in clinical/ medical setting. Home health experience preferred.
• Other experience requirements: Previous Customer Service experience
• Strong oral and writing communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for home care including durable medical equipment.
• Communicate new programs and home care services to hospitals, physicians, staff and patients.
• Obtain necessary signatures from patients on home care choices and manage sales/delivery tickets.
• Provide administrative support for the Liaison department.
