Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a qualified supervisor to act as agency manager in the absence of the Branch Manager. The role ensures adherence to each client’s care plan, coordinates staffing, and facilitates payment processing.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong customer service, and HR support capabilities, with proficiency in office tasks and data management. Travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering services to the elderly, disabled, or developmentally disabled preferred.
• Ability to make decisions quickly, and manage confidential information.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree in Business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field preferred.
• Two years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Two or more years of community service, client service, or staffing experience.
• Two or more years of general office and computer experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as agency manager in the absence of Branch Manager.
• Ensure adherence to the plan of care for each client in your caseload.
• Recruit, screen, and select direct care staff.
• Determine schedules and staffing; process visits for payment.
• Provide HR support and onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain documentation and records; ensure compliance with laws.
