LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand community partnerships and improve patient access to home care services in NYC, Long Island, and Westchester.

You will build referral networks with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations, travel locally, and collaborate with intake to convert referrals into starts of care. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in home care marketing or healthcare business development.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and patient enrollments or starts of care.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
• Represent the agency at community events, healthcare offices, and outreach initiatives.
• Educate referral partners on available home care services.
• Collaborate with the intake team to ensure a smooth transition from referral to patient enrollment.
• Drive consistent referral activity that converts into new patient starts of care, meeting monthly growth goals.
• Manage your territory independently while maintaining regular outreach and follow-up activities.
