Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training and supervising attendants; completing forms and attaching them to the daily visit report, and turning them into the office within 48 hours. The role requires strong communication and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent; high school diploma with supervisory healthcare experience acceptable.
• PHC, MC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; reliable team management.

Responsabilités

• Complete visits as scheduled and report daily to scheduler.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise attendants.
• Complete forms and attach to the daily visit report; submit within 48 hours.
• Maintain supervisor files and documentation; participate in staff meetings.
• Promote compliance with policies and participate in committees and improvement efforts.
