AccentCare, Inc. in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Client Service Manager in Personal Care Services to lead the Client Services team and ensure high-quality, compassionate care across the Beaumont area.

This full-time, office-based role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, salary $40,000-$42,000 plus mileage, and opportunities to develop staff, expand services, and build strong referral partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting (flexibility: 1 year leadership + 30 college credit).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for delivering exceptional client care and service while supporting branch growth and success.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Client Services team ensuring timely, high-quality care and support.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop caregivers and team members to maintain a strong workforce.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet client needs and deliver care as planned.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, caregivers, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
• Drive growth by expanding services and strengthening referral partnerships.
• Monitor satisfaction and address concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership for on-call operations and resolve client/caregiver needs.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement initiatives and improve processes.

• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor client and caregiver satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and support for on-call operations, helping resolve client and caregiver needs as they arise.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement company initiatives, improve processes, and achieve operational and business goals.
