Right at Home in Corpus Christi is hiring a field-focused marketer to grow the local client base. You will spend most of your time in the field meeting referral partners and performing in-home assessments, with some office tasks as well.

You will build referral partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, senior communities, and community organizations; conduct regular field visits and proactive outreach; respond to digital leads and convert them into clients; and track activity

Qualifikationen

• Experience in home care or senior care marketing/sales is required.
• Existing network of referral partners, ideally in the Corpus Christi area.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly targets.
• Comfortable conducting in-home assessments and speaking with families.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Right at Home is one of America's most trusted in-home care agencies, and we're growing fast in South Texas. We're opening our Corpus Christi office and hiring the marketer who will own this territory.

About the Role

You will own the growth of our Corpus Christi client base. Most of your time will be spent in the field meeting referral partners and doing in-home assessments, with some office tasks as well.

• Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, senior communities, and community organizations across the Corpus Christi area
• Make regular field visits to referral sources and prospects, and do proactive cold outreach
• Respond quickly to incoming digital leadsPerform in-home assessments and turn leads into new clients
• Be a warm, professional point of contact for clients and families
• Track all activity and follow-ups in our CRM
• Help launch and support our new local office
• Cover a client yourself in the rare case that every assigned caregiver and backup is unavailable, until HR can send someone

What We're Looking For

• Proven home care or senior care marketing/sales experience (required)
• An existing network of referral partners, ideally in the Corpus Christi area
• A track record of hitting monthly targets
• Comfortable doing in-home assessments and talking with families
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field most of the day
