Job summary

Right at Home in Corpus Christi is hiring a field-focused marketer to grow the local client base. You will spend most of your time in the field meeting referral partners and performing in-home assessments, with some office tasks as well.

You will build referral partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, senior communities, and community organizations; conduct regular field visits and proactive outreach; respond to digital leads and convert them into clients; and track activity

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or senior care marketing/sales is required.
• Existing network of referral partners, ideally in the Corpus Christi area.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly targets.
• Comfortable conducting in-home assessments and speaking with families.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, hospitals, senior communities, and community organizations in the Corpus Christi area.
• Make regular field visits to referral sources and prospects, with proactive cold outreach.
• Respond to digital leads and turn leads into new clients.
• Be a warm, professional point of contact for clients and families.
• Track all activity and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Help launch and support the new local office.
• Cover a client in rare cases if no caregiver is available, until HR can assign someone.
