Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage services for a caseload of clients.
• Schedule field employees based on competency and client needs.
• Follow up on assignments to support client, family, and employee satisfaction.
• Build trusting relationships with clients, families, field employees, referral sources, payors, and partners.
• Respond to questions/concerns related to services, scheduling, billing, and needs.
• Partner with Clinical Managers and leadership to maintain quality of care.
