Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare in Washington state is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee quality care and client satisfaction in our home-based program.

You will supervise caregivers, manage scheduling, maintain documentation, conduct home visits, and foster strong relationships with referral partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or relevant coursework in business, nursing, or social services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
