CS UK Recruitment Ltd seeks a Home Care Assistant in Weymouth to provide person-centred in-home support. You will help residents with personal care, daily activities, and companionship while promoting independence and wellbeing.

We require an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and owning a car is preferred. The role is permanent, full time, with a range of shifts and competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• Must have NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must have a car to access client homes and appointments.

This is an independent, family-run organisation dedicated to providing quality person-centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care

As a Home Care Assistant your key duties include:

• Promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Have a genuine desire to care for others
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always
• Must have a car

The successful Home Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £15.00 per hour. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working on a mix of shifts.
