Bay Aging in Gloucester, VA is seeking a part-time Personal Care Aide to deliver in-home care, monitor health, assist with ADLs, and support clients to live safely at home.
You will train new PCAs, report to an RN Supervisor, complete daily notes, and perform light office tasks. Eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus after 200 hours and a $250 referral bonus. Must be 18+, PCA certificate, CPR, and vaccinations.

Deliver in-home care services to Bay Aging clients so they can live safely in the community. Provide personal care, health and safety monitoring and light housekeeping. Introduce and coach new Personal Care Aides in the field. Perform administrative work in the office to complete a full-time schedule every week. Report to the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor.
Perform a limited number of routine tasks prescribed by clients’ care plan. Work independently throughout the day. Report to supervisor any change in the client’s environment, physical or mental condition.
The work is performed in the client’s home and in public areas. It requires repeated standing, bending, stooping, pulling, pushing and lifting of weights up to 25lbs unassisted. Regular night, weekend and holiday work required on a regular basis.
None of the essential functions of the position can be performed virtually away from the assigned places of work.
FLSA status: This is a non-exempt position.
