Bay Aging is seeking a full-time, regional Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to deliver in-home care services in Colonial Beach, Virginia. You will follow an individualized care plan, assist with ADLs and IADLs, monitor health, and report to the RN Supervisor while providing compassionate support in clients' homes.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly
Eligible for Sign On Bonus of $500 after 200 hours completed. Employee Referral Bonus $250*
Bay Aging is seeking a full-time, regional Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) to deliver in-home care services to maintain the health and improve the quality of life of clients so they can live safely in the community. Provide personal care, health and safety monitoring and light housekeeping to clients. Report to the Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor. Location: Colonial Beach, VA Schedule: Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend.

Perform a limited number of routine tasks prescribed by clients’ care plan. Work independently throughout the day and prioritize work each day. Report to supervisor any change in the client’s environment, physical or mental condition.
Working knowledge of:
Has knowledge of medical equipment on usage and basic maintenance such as Hoyer lift, gait belt, wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, catheters, glucometer and any specialized equipment required by the care plan.
Stay current in the knowledge of their profession by completing at least 12 hours of in-service annually
The work is performed in the client’s home and in public areas. It requires repeated standing, bending, stooping, pulling, pushing and lifting of weights up to 25lbs unassisted. None of the essential functions of the position can be performed virtually away from the assigned places of work.
FLSA status: This is a non-exempt position.
