Job summary

TRUCARING INC in Geneva, IN is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide companionship and daily living assistance to a male client for part-time hours, 10am to 4pm.

Responsibilities include light cooking, helping with mobility, bathing, toileting, running errands, and promoting independence while maintaining professionalism. A valid driver's license, background clearance, TB test, and 1+ years of caregiving experience required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• DOJ/FBI background clearance for Home Care Aide registry (Indiana).
• TB test completed within past 6 months.
• +1 year of experience in Home Care Aide, CNA, DSP or similar.
• Part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support with daily living activities.
• Assist with light cooking, errands, bathing, toileting and eating.
• Monitor mobility and fall prevention, maintain safety and dignity.

Full job description

Services needed for a male client: companionship, light cooking, Monitoring Mobility/Fall Prevention, running errands, bathing/grooming, assistance on toileting, help with eating and activities of daily living.

Times: 10am to 4pm days a week in Geneva, IN, 46740

Personality needed: Need someone who takes initiative to complete tasks without being told, proactive, socialize, positive energy to uplift client emotional needs, organized, structured, and professional at all times $16-18/hour. DOE.

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license
