Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to support older adults in their own homes in California. You will help with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure safety and quality of life for clients who require support in ADLs and personal care.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is required.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration is required.
• TB test or chest X-ray as required by regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist male clients with ADLs: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, mobility.
• Provide companionship and social interaction.
• Assist with meals, feeding when needed, and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and light housekeeping.
• Assist with errands and transportation as required.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to the care team.
• Promote dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to support older adults in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

You will assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, errands, and other needs based on their individual care plans.

What You'll Do

• Assist male clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful social interaction

• Assist male with meal preparation, feeding when needed, and hydration

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping and linen changes

• Assist male clients with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation when required

• Follow individualized care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team

• Promote client dignity, comfort, safety, and independence at all times

Requirements
