HomeWell Care Services St. Louis is seeking caring, dependable home care aides to help clients live safely and comfortably at home. You will provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client's dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience 1–3 years preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support daily activities and behaviors as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping for a safe home.

Available Shifts

• Daytime Caregiver: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Willing to work 4 to 12 hour shifts in between)

Skills

• Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred
• Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred
• Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy
• Meal prep and dietary awareness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

Location Requirement

Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO area. If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
