Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking caring, dependable in-home care aides to provide non-medical personal care and companionship in the St. Louis, MO area.

The role focuses on maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life while working with a team that values kindness and professional communication. Part-time daytime shifts are available (8:00 AM–8:00 PM). Candidates must reside in or be able to commute to St.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform personal care tasks with dignity.
• Knowledge of dementia and disability care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Support daily activities and behaviors as needed
• Perform light housekeeping for a safe home

Available Shifts:

• Daytime Caregiver: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Willing to work 4 to 12 hour shifts in between)

Job Overview

Requirements

• Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance

Location Requirement:

Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO area. If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
