Job summary

HomeWell Care Services St. Louis is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented caregivers to provide non-medical personal care and companionship in clients' homes in the St. Louis community.

Roles include assisting with daily activities, supporting dignity and independence, and delivering safe, high-quality home care. Flexible shifts available; training and advancement opportunities promised.

Qualifications

• Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care and developmental disability care preferred.
• Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Prepare meals and support mobility and transfers.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Support daily activities and behaviors as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.

Available Shifts

• 4-hour shifts (8am-12pm, 10am-2pm, and 4pm-8pm)
• 8-hour shifts (8am-4pm and 2pm-8pm)
• 12-hour shifts (8:00am - 8:00pm)

Flexible scheduling available. Part-time & full-time positions available

Job Overview

HomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. Location Requirement

Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Webster Groves) area. If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
