Job summary

No Worries Care Tacoma is seeking caring Home Care Aides to support clients in their own homes. You’ll assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and medication reminders while following care plans and HIPAA rules. No certification required initially, with training available.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, weekends, overnights), one-on-one work, competitive area pay, and a responsive office team dedicated to meaningful care. In-person caregiving role.

HCA or CNA certification is a plus — but it's not a dealbreaker. We're open to caregivers who haven't gotten certified yet, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us.

What you'll be doing day to day:

helping with bathing/dressing/grooming/mobility, medication reminders per care plan and HIPAA rules, cooking meals and nutrition help, caring for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's/memory conditions, using Hoyer lifts for safe transfers, watching for and reporting health/behavior changes, light housekeeping, accurate notes, engaging clients in supportive activities, and CPR/first aid/infection control basics.

What we're looking for:

experience in homes/assisted living/nursing homes/hospice; attentive to condition changes; hands‑on compassionate ADL approach; understanding of medication reminders and care plans; dementia/arthritis/mobility experience a bonus; good communicator; physically able to help with transfers; CPR/First Aid a plus (training available); HIPAA/privacy respect; openness to diverse clients.
