You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders per care plans, while following HIPAA rules. Duties include dementia care, safe transfers with Hoyer lifts, light housekeeping, accurate notes, and CPR/First Aid basics.

experience in homes/assisted living/nursing homes/hospice; attentive to condition changes; hands-on compassionate ADL approach; understanding of medication reminders and care plans; dementia/arthritis/mobility experience a bonus; good communicator; physically able to help with transfers; CPR/First Aid a plus (training available); HIPAA/privacy respect; openness to diverse clients.
