Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent considered.
• Understanding of sales principles and customer satisfaction.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Gathers information on referral sources.
• Makes in-person sales calls to gather needs and provide solutions.
• Provides ongoing support to retain customers.
• Ensures prompt and accurate answers to referral sources and partners.
• Builds relationships through regular communication.
• Reports on the status of accounts.
• Promotes Elara Caring services to maximize outcomes.
• Coordinates with Account Managers, Clinical teams, and internal partners to support plans.
• Reports and follows up on patient concerns to the appropriate individuals.
