Job summary

Elara Caring in Mentor, OH is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join a growth-focused home care team. You’ll conduct in-person sales calls, gather referrals, and build lasting relationships with healthcare partners to drive patient care outcomes.

You will report to the Area Vice President of Sales. The role offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation, and benefits including tuition reimbursement and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures activities align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board, executive team, and sales leadership.
• Gathers information on assigned referral sources.
• Makes in person sales calls to gather needs and provide solutions.
• Provides on-going support to retain customers.
• Ensures prompt and accurate answers to referral sources and partners.
• Builds strong relationships through regular communication.
• Reports on the status of accounts.
• Suggests Elara Caring services that maximize referral outcomes.
• Coordinates with Key Account Managers, Clinical teams, and internal partners to support sales plans for key clients.
• Promotes new products/services to existing customers.
• Reports and follows-up on identified patient concerns and quality of care issues.
