Job summary

Clayton is a leading single-family home builder focused on attainable housing and a world-class customer experience. The Home Consultant role offers a $50k base salary plus commissions, with unlimited earning potential and full-time benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales experience.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork.
• Able to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and teamwork during duties.
• Ability to work Saturdays and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Create a world class home buying experience by guiding customers to a floor plan and options.
• Coordinate the construction process for selected homes.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers via CRM.
• Demonstrate model homes and features to add value.
• Maintain customer files and actively prospect to increase traffic.
