The role emphasizes relationship-driven sales, strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to compliance and local licensing, with a base salary of $60k plus lucrative commission and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Ability to move and lift furniture up to 75 lbs.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to identify a floor plan, select options and coordinate construction.
• Create a world-class home buying experience through the sales process.
• Set appointments and follow up with prospective buyers via CRM.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features to add value.
• Maintain customer files and ensure timely follow-up with buyers.
• Assist with merchandising and maintain model home appearance.
• Participate in sales meetings, training and other company events.
