Innodata is seeking individuals for a voice data collection program involving live, role-played customer service calls. You will act as the business, such as a clinic receptionist or facility assistant, while a trainer calls you as the customer.

Calls are unscripted on the caller's side and must stay in character, follow policy, and adapt to whatever arises. You will prepare from two scripts, participate in two 5–7 minute calls in a 20-minute session, record both sides as a single audio file,

Qualifications

• Native-level English with accurate reading of numbers, names, and dosages.
• Professional experience in voice acting, acting, concierge-style or customer-facing voice work.
• QA, call monitoring, or trainer/CSM experience in a BPO environment.
• Quiet, uninterrupted home workspace and strict adherence to delivery instructions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare from two scripts provided at least 24 hours before the session and deliver natural speech rather than reading aloud.
• Conduct two role-played calls of about 5–7 minutes each within a single 20-minute session, including a routine and a more demanding scenario.
• Record both sides of each call as a single mixed audio track and upload files with exact naming to the designated folder.
• Complete a structured evaluation of each call within 24 hours, including 1–5 scores, error tags with severity, and timestamped notes for actionable guidance.
