Innodata is piloting a new voice work program: live, role-played customer service calls. You will act as a clinic receptionist or facility assistant, while a trainer calls to test performance.

You will deliver natural speech from pre-read beats, capture caller details accurately, and read back precise information such as names, dosages, and hours. You will be assessed on performance, audio capture, and evaluation accuracy, with recordings of both sides uploaded for review within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Native-level English, with ability to read numbers, names, and dosages verbatim.
• Experience in voice acting, customer-facing voice work, or related fields.
• Experience in QA, call monitoring, or trainer roles in a BPO environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver two 5–7 minute role-played calls within a 20-minute session.
• Follow scripts, policies, and tone guidelines; stay in character.
• Record and upload both sides of each call as a mixed audio track.
• Complete structured post-session evaluation with timestamps and notes.
