Qualifications

• Native-level English with accurate reading of numbers, names, and dosages.
• Professional voice work or customer-facing voice experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Quiet, interruption-free home workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two 5–7 minute role-play calls per session and stay in character.
• Score caller performance on a 1–5 scale and provide timestamped notes.
• Record both sides of calls and upload files exactly as instructed.
