Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners seeks experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in clients’ homes and communities in Fredericksburg, TX. PRN positions are available to support patients for the duration of their stay.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, TX state licensure, and ASHA CCC. Experience with neurologically related disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and TX state licensure required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from ASHA required.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognition, and dysphagia.
• Develop individualized home- and community-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to monitor progress.
