Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in Grapevine, TX, and surrounding areas on a PRN basis, delivering services in patients' homes and communities. Therapists collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to build practical, functional goals.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC. Experience with neurological disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• State licensure and ASHA CCC required.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication in home settings.
